Forward Bank will be offering a series of financial education seminars at the Abbotsford High School throughout September and October 2021. With the assistance of Tepito Heights, seminar content will be available in English and Spanish. Tepito Heights, Inc. is located in Abbotsford and serves the community as a resource for the Hispanic community.

Considering Homeownership
In this workshop, participants who may be thinking about buying a home will learn what financial preparation is required prior to purchasing a home. They will understand the factors that can affect their eligibility for a loan, the different mortgage options available to them, and learn how to estimate what they can afford to pay for a home.
