Gwen Schnitzler has been promoted to Vice President Human Resource Director at Forward. This is in recognition of her culture driven approach to engaging and recruiting the best team members to serve our customers and communities. Schnitzler will continue to lead the Human Resources team in setting a positive course for developing talent and attracting new employees that share our values.

Schnitzler has over 25 years of human resources experience in different industries in Central Wisconsin. She joined the team as the Human Resource Director in 2017 and was promoted to Assistant Vice President later that year.

She has always been active serving our community volunteering with the UWSP School of Business and Economics, the Unified School District of Marshfield, the Marshfield Area United Way NOW Program, and the Marshfield Area Chamber of Commerce.
