Forward Bank Breaks Ground on New Park Falls Office
November 25, 2020
Forward Bank has broken ground on a new facility on the corner of Highway 182 and Highway 13 in Park Falls.
The new facility will allow Forward Bank to consolidate the two existing offices in the community into one, state-of-the-art building. This convenient location will serve all the deposit and loan customers of the bank, and it will include new interactive teller machine (ITM) technology allowing for expanded self-serve transactions. Forward Insurance will have offices in the new facility to serve their growing client base. The facility will also feature solar panels to reduce the bank’s carbon footprint.
The existing downtown location at 110 2nd Avenue North is being sold to NorthLakes Community Clinic with the closing scheduled for the fall of 2021 after the construction of the bank building is complete. The location at the South end of Park Falls will be sold following the move to the new building.
“We are excited to lead in the development of this section of the main thoroughfare of Park Falls,” commented Bill Sennholz, CEO of Forward Bank. “We’ve been very conscious of keeping the community vibe as our building is being designed. It’s important to all of us that we represent the history of Park Falls and build on the pride that exists in this community.”
“Our investment in this building and the downtown district of Park Falls demonstrates our long-term commitment to the success of our customers and neighbors here,” stated Tracy Linsmeyer, Office Manager of Forward Bank in Park Falls. “We’re looking forward to showing you this full-service office and moving forward together.”
